Granducato di Bracciano Hotel to Open

The Granducato di Bracciano will open a hotel in spring 2024. Called the New Albergo Diffuso Hotel, the hotel blends blend of luxury and local culture in a hotel that offers suites, a hotel, a spa, family resort, and more. Because today’s tourists want a more immersive experience, the Granducato di Bracciano will allow guests to experience the art, culture, cuisine, and history while still enjoying the amenities of a hotel.

Bracciano

Located 25 minutes from Rome, Bracciano sits on the shore of Lago di Bracciano, a volcanic lake. From the Middle Ages to the Renaissance period, Bracciano attracted princes, popes, and the aristocracy to its beautiful lakes (Martignano is a second volcanic lake in the area) and natural parks. Etruscans and Romans inhabited Bracciano, and the Romans built an aqueduct to bring the lakes’ waters to Rome.

One of the most famous landmarks of the village is the medieval Orsini-Odescalchi Castle. It has long been a elegant wedding venue for couples from all over the world, including Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
