To Amalfi with Love Tours of Italy

Plan the Perfect Trip to Italy with Isidoro and Monica

Italy is often a country that is romanticised, especially when it comes to vacations. The golden hour light over an array of aperitivi and the glistening waves below. Or perhaps winding Tuscan roads or trips to the famous northern lakes. What is often a danger when visiting Italy, however, is to become victim to the many tourist traps including inauthentic restaurant food, streets notorious for pickpocketing, and overflowing tourist spots. How then, would a tourist go about planning the perfect trip to Italy? Enter Isidoro Langella and Monica Kennedy, owners of To Amalfi with Love: Tours of Italy.

How They Met

To Amalfi with Love: Tours of Italy is a US based company set up by Italian and American couple Isidoro and Monica, who themselves met on an Amalfi Coast tour when Isidoro acted as Monica’s tour guide. The couple, currently based in Italy, use their expert knowledge to create dream bespoke vacations and small-group tours for those wishing to experience the true, authentic Italy.

White Glove Experience

When speaking to Isidoro and Monica two aspects become very clear: their passion for the Bel paese and the effort they go to in order to ensure a ‘white glove’ experience for their clients. With Isidoro himself being an experienced licensed Accompagnatore Turistico and Monica’s Fine Art and Community & Economic Development Paralegal background, they have built up the perfect business to offer hands-on advice with a personal touch. This is what separates To Amalfi With Love Tours of Italy from other tours of Italy. If the weather is looking bad and your boat trip is looking in danger of being cancelled, no problem – Isidoro and Monica will rearrange your itinerary to accommodate your needs. Celebrating an anniversary or birthday and want to organise a special surprise? Ask away and a fun experience such as a cooking class or wine tasting evening could be arranged.

When booking with Isidoro and Monica, excellent accommodation is guaranteed. Given their extensive knowledge of Italy, they are able to provide the best 4 and 5-star hotels and are also able to book private villas. Their experience with the top hotels and villas means you will be saved from falling into any potential tourist traps! Their hand-assembled team of professional service providers in Italy are friends and colleagues whom Monica and Isidoro know personally, which also adds to the excellence and level of service extended to clients of To Amalfi With Love Tours of Italy.

Customised Tours

The small group tours, offered at various times throughout the year, include a carefully planned itinerary by Isidoro, who splits the days carefully. Time is allotted for him to guide you around the sites and accompany you on various activities, whilst also giving you the opportunity to go exploring independently. His expert advice is, of course, on offer at any time. All tours are small, no more than 14 people, allowing everyone to feel connected, present, and immersed in the experience.

Italian Heritage Tours

In addition to the current tours being offered, the company has two other exciting possibilities in the works. The first: the unique opportunity to discover your Italian roots with the help of a reliable and passionate genealogist. In the run up to your trip you’ll work to discover any possible living or past relatives, or even hometowns to visit, giving you the special opportunity to connect personally with your heritage.

Yoga Retreats in Italy

The second opportunity: yoga retreats. This experience has been born out of Monica’s passion for Italy combined with her other passion, yoga. As well as being an entrepreneur and business owner, she is also a registered yoga instructor (E-RYT) and former yoga studio owner. The first of these trips will take place in Sicily later this year and is available to those of most abilities.

Monica and Isidoro really do go the extra mile to give you value for money, whilst making sure you have the best experience on the precious holiday days you save up each year. They are experienced, trustworthy, and keen to make sure you get the most out of your time in Italy:

The most important thing for us is that people really love their experience, that they feel connected with Italy, that they feel present in what they’re doing so that they can fully immerse themselves.
