Crafting Personalized Journeys to Italy with To Amalfi with Love, Tours of Italy

Get to Know Italy Beyond Tourism

In the heart of the Amalfi Coast, Isidoro Langella recounts meeting Monica Kennedy, a tourist who later became his trusted partner in both work and life. Amidst the breathtaking landscapes and crystalline waters of the Mediterranean, Monica and Isidoro have turned their passion for travel and Italy into a unique entrepreneurial adventure: “To Amalfi With Love, Tours of Italy.”

Unique and Memorable Travel Experiences

The mission of “To Amalfi With Love” is as simple as it is ambitious: to create unique and memorable travel experiences that go beyond traditional tourist paths. The couple firmly believes that every journey should be a personal adventure, rich with discoveries and moments to cherish for a lifetime. Each tour is meticulously crafted, piece by piece, to form a perfect puzzle entirely Italian.

“The love and level of attention we received from Isidoro and his team made us feel like ‘Family.’ We can’t recommend them enough!” writes Ivy Antonio after traveling around Italy with her family.

Customized Tours

What distinguishes “To Amalfi With Love: Tours of Italy” is their ability to create fully customized tours without resorting to pre-packaged experiences. Whether it’s a romantic honeymoon, a family vacation, or a culinary adventure, every itinerary is designed to reflect the desires and interests of the travelers. Isidoro and Monica work closely with clients, intimately know their service providers, and carefully listen to preferences, crafting tailor-made routes that include exclusive experiences such as visits to local vineyards, cooking classes with local chefs, and private tours of lesser-known historical sites and villages.

Small-Group Tours and Yoga Retreats

The couple’s true passion are their small-group tours and yoga retreats. From choosing accommodations to selecting restaurants and excursions – – everything is designed to offer maximum comfort and authenticity. The couple personally oversees every phase of planning, ensuring that each trip is perfect down to the smallest detail to provide a more personalized experience of Italy, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 14 people. Isidoro Langella is a licensed Tour Guide (Accompagnatore Turistico) and serves as the personal guide throughout the tour. Monica is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and former yoga studio owner with 15 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, and she runs the yoga retreats.

“The most important thing for us is that people truly love their experience, feel connected to Italy, and fully immerse themselves in what they do,” says Isidoro.

5-Star Experience

The cost of tour packages includes double occupancy accommodation in centrally located 4 and 5-star hotels (single rooms available at an additional cost), local ground and sea transportation, official tour guides, unique excursions and local experiences (cooking classes, wine tastings, private boat tours, etc.), daily breakfast, most meals (wine included), tips for drivers and restaurant staff, and Isidoro as personal guide, available 24/7.

Package prices do not include airfare, travel insurance, some meals (when indicated).

Through a partnership with Louis Alaimo of Aiamo Travel, “To Amalfi With Love” can arrange flights departing from anywhere in the United States and travel insurance.

Discovering Your Italian Roots

In addition to the tours currently offered – itineraries available on their website – Isidoro and Monica have in the pipeline a project that could be defined as “discovering your roots.” Isidoro and Monica partner with an experienced and reliable genealogist, it is possible to arrange a tour exploring one’s Italian heritage. In the months leading up to the trip, clients can work with the entire team to design a curated Italian trip itinerary that includes a visit to the ancestral village, potentially connecting with living relatives, and connecting with their origins.

“Our first bespoke roots group is about to embark on a two-week journey that includes a visit to their grandparents’ village, and we have included a tour of a winery in Campania to taste their father’s favorite wines,” says Monica.
