Monica is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and former yoga studio owner with 15 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, and she runs the yoga retreats.

The cost of tour packages includes double occupancy accommodation in centrally located 4 and 5-star hotels (single rooms available at an additional cost), local ground and sea transportation, official tour guides, unique excursions and local experiences (cooking classes, wine tastings, private boat tours, etc.), daily breakfast, most meals (wine included), tips for drivers and restaurant staff, and Isidoro as personal guide, available 24/7.

“Our first bespoke roots group is about to embark on a two-week journey that includes a visit to their grandparents’ village, and we have included a tour of a winery in Campania to taste their father’s favorite wines,” says Monica.
