Reginald W. Dunlap is the Founding Partner and Principal Interior Designer of Reginald Dunlap Interior Design, known for creating spaces that feel personal, grounded, and deeply human. A Texas native, he studied Art and Design at Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Reginald designs by first understanding how people actually live. For him, design isn’t about trends or statements it’s about translating emotion, memory, and daily life into spaces that feel cohesive and honest. Over the years, he has worked internationally with luxury hoteliers, developers, and private residential clients who value discretion, trust, and consistency. His work is quiet, intentional, and built to last. Travel, art, and immersion in different cultures have shaped his point of view. These experiences bring depth to his work subtle layers, strong restraint, and a sense of narrative without excess. Reginald has served as Senior Designer for several design houses and led the design team as Lead Designer for Tui Lifestyle, a Miami-based international design brand. At the core of his work is one belief: a space should feel like a refuge, a place where people can truly be themselves.
